CLEAR EXPECTATIONS. HUMAN CONTROL.
Terms of Use
The terms for trying and using the current Milo prototype.
Effective and last updated:
1. Operator and acceptance
Milo is operated by ZACHARIAS KOKKINAKIS, Greece. Contact: hkokk1234@gmail.com. By creating an account or using account features, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use those features.
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must be entitled to supply the information you enter. If you use an organisation account, you must have authority to act for that organisation. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling; agreeing to these terms is not blanket consent to every future use of your data.
2. What the service currently provides
You can register, manage your account, complete onboarding, edit a Communication Profile, manage optional writing examples and memories, define allowlisted communication rules, generate deterministic previews from synthetic scenarios and submit preview feedback.
Previews are template-based, not the result of a foundation model learning your writing. Current rules apply only to the documented synthetic metadata. There is no Gmail/Outlook connection, real-inbox access, automatic sending, forwarding, deletion, production phishing detection or full security Policy Engine. A feature shown as planned or illustrative is not a promise that it is available.
3. Your account and responsibilities
Provide account information you are authorised to use, keep credentials private and protect access to your device. Do not share passwords or verification codes through examples, memories, feedback or support messages. Contact the operator if you suspect unauthorised use.
You are responsible for reviewing the information and preferences you save. Profile updates and memory-suggestion approval are explicit choices. A suggested memory does not become an instruction or permission automatically. User-defined rules cannot disable mandatory application restrictions.
4. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit the operator to store and process that content as needed to provide the features you request and as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not grant a general right to sell your content or use it to train an external AI model.
- Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or share information you have no authority to disclose.
- Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information or confidential third-party communications while evaluating the prototype.
- Do not attempt to access another account, bypass safeguards, execute code through inputs, overload the service, distribute malware or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use Milo for spam, deception, harassment or unlawful activity.
5. Review outputs before relying on them
Templates and explanations can be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a real conversation. Check facts, recipients, tone, commitments and disclosure of information before using any output elsewhere. Milo does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
The prototype does not send email replies for you. Its review flags and safety preferences are not a guarantee that a real message is safe, legitimate or free of phishing. No user rule or preview result authorises an external action.
6. Availability, pricing and changes
This early version is provided for evaluation without a paid subscription. Pricing shown on the homepage is illustrative; there is no active checkout. Any future paid service requires its own disclosed price and conditions before you purchase.
Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable during development. No uptime or fitness-for-a-specific-purpose guarantee is offered for this prototype. We will explain material changes to these terms or data processing when relevant; the update date identifies the current version. No future inbox permissions are granted by accepting these terms.
7. Ending use and requesting deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete optional memories, rules and writing samples through their controls. Self-service account closure is not yet implemented; email hkokk1234@gmail.com to request account/data deletion or an export. Requests require manual handling and appropriate verification, subject to applicable legal requirements.
The operator may restrict or end access when necessary to respond to abuse, a security incident, legal obligations or the end of the evaluation service. This does not remove your applicable data-protection rights. Retention and backup limitations are explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Responsibility and applicable rights
Use of a prototype involves availability and output-quality limitations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket waiver of consumer or data-protection rights is required.
These terms are governed by Greek law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you under applicable law. Contact hkokk1234@gmail.com first to discuss a problem; this does not prevent you from using any legal remedy or contacting a competent authority.
