What is Milo?

Milo is a personal AI email assistant in development for professionals who want a calmer inbox, communication that sounds like them, and control over important decisions. Today you can create an account, use your dashboard, and update account details. The AI experience on this page is a labeled demo.

How does Milo personalize my experience?

Save your tone, language and communication preferences through onboarding, then manage approved memories and structured rules in your private workspace. Synthetic template previews explain which saved settings, memories and rules were used. Real inbox access and external AI-generated drafts are not yet available.

Does Milo send emails automatically?

No. The current prototype does not connect to an inbox or send email. The Gmail MVP is intended to support drafts and human approval. Controlled auto-reply is a later roadmap item, not a feature you can enable today.

Is my email information safe?

No real email is connected or analyzed by the current prototype. Account protection includes password hashing, server-managed sessions, access controls, and CSRF protection. Future inbox access will need additional safeguards. No system can guarantee that every risk will be detected.

Can I change or delete my preferences?

You can edit your name, email, account type, and organisation name in account settings. Demo preferences are temporary and reset when you reload this page; use “Reset draft” to restore the sample reply. Your saved communication profile can be edited anytime, and optional writing samples can be deleted in profile setup. Account deletion is not implemented yet.

Does Milo support Gmail and Outlook?

Gmail integration is planned for the upcoming MVP. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are further down the roadmap. Neither provider is connected in the current prototype.

Can I try Milo before subscribing?

You can explore this homepage demo and create a prototype account now, with no payment collected. A limited Free Trial and the proposed €49/month Pro plan are future plans. Subscription billing and a live AI trial are not available.
